Cup Halve empty?

No matter where you are in life likely you feel your plate is full, your belly is empty, and you feel you don’t have time to enjoy a bite out of life.  Day to day routines can be draining and daunting.  It’s easy to put everything above what you need to do for your own health and well-being.  You continue to pour your life, energy, money, etc. into something that is important to you and eventually end up feeling completely drained.
When was the last time you took a moment to fill your cup?  You pour yourself out for too long and you end up empty.  Fill up your cup with a positive outlook.  It can be the most difficult challenge for us to slow down for a moment to consider this.  Just know it’s O.K. for you to take time for YOU.  Your health is important.  It’s exactly what you need to enjoy life.  You’ve put yourself on the back burner for far too long.  The first step to getting on the right path is setting your intentions to have a positive mind-set.  Renew your mind each day by using the alphabet in this way.

A- Accept your Abilities and Appreciate your Accomplishments.
B- Believe in yourself and Break through Barriers.
C- Commit and have the Courage to move forward.
D- stop Doubting yourself and be Determined.
E- Encourage yourself to put in the Effort.
F - have Faith and let go of your Fears.
G- set Goals and never Give up.
H- Have Healthy Heart Habits.
I- set your Intentions to be Inspired.
J- be Joyful not Judgemental
K- be Kind but willing to Knock-out negativity.
L- Live Life to the fullest.
M- listen to Music that Motivates you to Move.
N- Nurture and Nourish your Necessary Needs.
O- Overcome Opposition, be Open to Opportunity.
P- Persevere with Passionate Purpose.
Q- Quiet your Quarrels.
R- Renew your Relationships.
S- Seek Solitude to Sooth your Soul.
T- Trust Those That Tell you The Truth.
U- Undertake the Uprooting of the weeds sprouting in your life.
V- Value your Victories.
W- Work through your Weaknesses.
X- X-ray for brokenness to find healing.
Y- say Yes to You.
Z- live life with Zeal.
