It is really important to incorporate weight-bearing exercises into your weight loss plan. Building lean strong muscle is what burns calories & fat. Simply adding 2-3 days of weight-training per week in 30-45 minute segments will burn 30% more calories, melting the fat away, by increasing your metabolism, giving you sustained results. Weight-bearing exercises can be done in many ways; weight machines, bearing your own body weight in Yoga/Pilates, Boot Camp classes, all available at your local gym. Work with a trainer or do it on your own, it's your choice, just do it.
