How do I begin to fit a workout routine into my already busy schedule?

 
  * First overcome your fear of failure and find the reasons why its important to YOU!
  * Ask a friend, partner or trainer for help and accountability!
  * Inspire yourself to do great things and remember you are worth it!
  * Take responsibility for your actions and tell yourself daily that YOU CAN DO IT!
  * Have confidence in yourself and get up and GO!!
 
Make your health a priority- The Journey of a Thousand Miles begins with a single STEP!
