Core & Stretching Classes (Pilates/Yoga)
Holy Yoga - Increase your fitness abilities with postures and movement that help to align the spine and increase core strength.  Benefits include stress reduction, deep release of tense musculature, increased energy and stamina.  Focus on breathing, balance, and flexibility.  Suitable for all fitness levels.  Holy Yoga is a unique practice of wholeness in mind, body, & spirit.   visit for more information.

Holy Yoga Restorative - This class is a peaceful gentle practice incorporating some deep stretches.  Most poses are done lying or sitting on the floor mat.  The class intention is to find rest for the soul by release of stress, pain, worry, & burden from your body, mind, and soul.

Hot & Holy Yoga - Vinyasa Flow deeply connected to the breath being our guide combined with poses that increase strength and flexibility.  Knowledge of yoga postures is helpful but not required, please be mindful and honor your body.  This space is non-competitive.

PiYo Live Inspire- PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll even improve your balance and core power. We crank up the music, and the fun to give you an intense, low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories and sculpt every inch of your body for a long, lean, beautiful physique.

Spirit Flow - This class combines Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates into a workout that increases flexibility and builds strength bringing the body mind and spirit into a state of harmony and balance.

Circuit Classes (Cardio & Strength)
Boot Camp- This no holds barred workout includes cardio as well as muscle conditioning drills and exercises. Each day brings fresh, creative exercises that help break through fitness plateaus; while enjoying a positive, motivating, team-building environment. All fitness levels welcome.       
SilverSneakers- The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Get fit, have fun, make friends!  

Pedal & Pump- Set up you stationary cycle and pedal up a fun upbeat class to get your heart racing.  Work in a good pump with strength building core exercises. Sweat like never before, great cardio workout for any level. 
Kickboxing - An exciting high-energy class designed to get your heart pumping and get a great sculpting workout.
Step Class -Both aerobic and anaerobic exercises in a creative class integrating step platform and floor training.  Use of many different accessories keeps your workout interesting and fun.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Ripped - This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. 

Zumba - A total dance workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Z*Sentao - Zumba Sentao combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves, using a chair as your dance partner. A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process.

Z* Gold - The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.  Great for beginners and seniors.
Family Fitness & Youth Fitness
Zumba for kids- Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they're at it? Choreography teaches the kids rhythm, focus & coordination. Each class is finished with a cool down and stretch.  Zumba dance for Ages 4-12
